In cases where specialized facilities are required, we have established partnerships with reliable workshops across Ghana. These facilities are equipped with overhead cranes ranging from 15 to 100 tonnes, allowing us to handle heavy-duty repair tasks with ease.

Large Bore Machining and Extended Shaft Turning

For complex tasks like large bore machining and extended shaft turning, we transport the equipment to our fully-equipped workshop in Tema. Our 100-tonne crane ensures smooth handling of shafts, and our engineers craft custom tools to meet specific project requirements. We can perform line boring between 5 to 10 meters, accommodating bore diameters up to 1,000mm, and turn shafts up to 7 meters in length with a throw of 4 meters.

Re-Chroming Services

While re-chroming services in Ghana are limited and the brush plating technique is not suitable for certain applications like the seal track on a shaft, we have identified a reliable company in Côte d’Ivoire that offers hot-dipped chroming. This method is a superior option and provides reasonably quick turnaround times.

Shaft Grinding
